Right now, Salamanca

I took a bus from Santiago this morning and came to Salamanca after 7hrs. I met Sabine and Alain in the bus station on their way back from Finisterre. It was good to see them again before I left as I didn´t say good bye to them properly and didn´t expect I could see them there.

I felt better to be in a different city from Santiago and now I´m a budget traveler again. I borrowed Lonely Planet from my friend this evening after Korean meal and checked many flights to Tenerife, Mallorca and Paris afterwards. It´s complicated and tiring to check and compare with each other and decide where to go finally. Well, I still should talk to my friends in Tenerife and Mallorca to decide what to do. However, I feel now better as I can see now my travel starts again in a right way as a traveler.

Plaza Mayor of Salamanca is the best and the most beautiful one in Spain I heard. I´ll have lazy days here, shopping some new clothes, drinking coffe and beer in the plaza. It´s not a really big place so good for me. I don´t need to limp around a bloody big city, look for places and be lost.
I had a Korean dinner this evening so no more homesick from now. Everybody went back home and probably mamas cook for them but my home is too far away to go for short break. That´s the destiny of a traveler. I´ll be ok soon after lazy and relaxing days.

It´s a little hard to get used to be alone again so I already miss my friends but it´s also not a big problem. I traveled alone for many years and there´ll be new friends on my way.

Ok, folks...
I´ll let you know when I visit you as soon as I decide where to go ; Tenerife or Mallorca, first. Then, it´ll be clearer one by one.
